Job Overview
We are looking for an Experienced, High energetic, Positive individual with a Great Personality to join our team as a Center Director for our Preschool.
Our Preschool fully focuses on STEM and TRS as the Early Childhood education foundation. We have one of the best team of high performing teachers here and its fun, high spirited team.

Duties

  • Show Leadership by example and by hard work, displaying passion for making a positive, loving and caring impact on the lives of infants and preschoolers.
  • Build trustworthy and engaging Relationships with our Families, Parents and community partners and show TRUE caring for our children.
  • Build and maintain a qualified & caring staff by actively training, coaching, and engaging with them on daily basis
  • Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention, conversion AND high enrollment growth.
  • Be ready to fill in any requirements during the day and be an example to the staff
  • Ensure school adheres to all health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full 100% compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
  • Ensure and assit Center opening closing procedures and meal program are done right
  • Be excellent at giving tours to parents.
  • Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
  • Do monthly billing and manage accounts receivable.
  • Keep the Center 'Tour Ready' all the time
  • Be familiar with TX TRS Program and NAEYC accreditation
  • Control the cost and run the company in the most efficient manner.
  • Make sure Campus runs smoothly on daily basis.
