- Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum. Engage our characters to drive the curriculum, creating a happy learning experience at TLE. Conduct teacher orientation programs and making sure teachers are well trained and support their continuous development.
- Call leads on time with passion and enthusiasm. Set up School facility tours with prospective families, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program Walking them thru registration process
- Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
- Help Center Director (CD) drives consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
- Assist CD Manage accounts receivable and payable,,
- Build strong and trustworthy Relationships with Families, Parents and community parters in the area
- Help CD ensure the TLE Center adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
